About Us

TPS Developing Organisations Ltd was formed in 2002 through a merger of the highly successful TPS Occupational Psychologists and a small 'federation' of Senior Business and HR Consultants who share the same values and have worked together over many years.

Our Consultants have over 200 years successful experience in helping organisations improve their bottom line performance through increased levels of staff capability and fulfilment.

We believe this merger has created a team capable of tackling a wide diversity of organisation and people development needs.  This capability is founded on a deep understanding of people and the realities, both visionary and operational, of running a business.

Developing  your business: TPS has the experience and capability to generate new impetus to people and organisational issues throughout the business lifecycle, from business start-up onwards.

Integrated Learning Solutions: We believe we are particularly adept at integrating holistic learning and development solutions which appeal to both Business and HR Management.  These solutions include:

  • Business and HR Strategic Alignment
  • Team Development
  • Performance Management
  • Job Families
  • Climate/Opinion Surveys
  • Senior Management Selection
  • Assessment and Development Centres
  • 360° Processes
  • Leadership and Transformational Business Change
  • Management Development
  • Coaching
  • Professional Development - we have a strong niche capability in technology environments (e.g. ISEB qualifications)

We are able to successfully apply our approach and services across a diverse range of organisational levels, functions and employment sectors.  Contact us to find out more.

At all times we are very happy to complement our services through the involvement of internal staff and/or partnership with other suppliers.
