Criteria Based Interviewing Training 

This course introduces both experienced and inexperienced interviewers to a methodology that allows them to objectively assess candidate competence using concrete examples of behaviour.  The Criteria Based Interviewing Method adds value to recruitment and promotion decisions and the performance appraisal process.
