The participant plays the role of the National Account Manager for a catering firm attempting to secure their first major contract to supply goods and services to a new airline.  The exercise requires significant analysis of data and the formulation of a presentation to be made to the airline representatives.  Following the presentation, a meeting takes place which requires the participant to convince the customer that the contract should be awarded to his or her company.
