SIMONEX STAFF COMMITTEE GR3 Participants are placed in the roles of members of the staff committee of a large manufacturing organisation. Their task as a group is to allocate a sum of money to a number of competing causes in a mutually acceptable way. As individuals they are asked to try to obtain as much money as possible for the particular causes contained only in their brief. Whilst dealing with the conflicting objectives of the group and the individual, participants must also assimilate and use the information provided about the company and its staff.
