Fact Find Series The Fact Find series of exercises replicates those work situations where an individual must assess situations and make decisions through discussion with colleagues, subordinates or external parties. The skills of identifying information relevant to a situation and making considered, on-the-spot judgements are measured by these exercises. In addition, a participant's listening ability is assessed, as is the ability to communicate requests in a clear and unambiguous manner. The Assessor Guides in the Fact Find Series are inclusive of a Resource Person’s Guide.
