Presentation Series This series assesses the skills required in those situations where job holders must make a positive impact when communicating information verbally. This may be formal occasions such as making sales presentations or presenting to management groups or it may be informal situations such as impromptu votes of thanks or addressing a team meeting. The exercises not only provide assessors with an opportunity to observe communication factors such as clarity of speech, impact and appropriateness of gestures, but also the ability of participants to build a logically structured and interesting presentation from a given body of information.
