Our People We know that when clients engage with us their reputation is substantially in our hands. Many of us have spent at least as much of our careers engaging consultants as we have being consultants, so we know how it feels. As a matter of policy we spend a very considerable amount of our time, energy and money identifying and building lasting relationships with the kinds of clients we believe we can work with most effectively. It follows that we are especially discerning about the consultants and business partners who bear our name. Read below to find out more about our people: Gerry Duggan: One of our Managing Partners, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, an assessment and measurement specialist and founder of our well known predecessor organisation TPS Occupational Psychologists. David Brain: Another of our Managing Partners. Unlike many businesses of our size, we make the investment of David devoting most of his Brain (and just a little brawn) to client care. He has over 25 years experience in OD across a wide range of organisations. Roy Towndrow: The third Managing Partner. Before moving into consulting, Roy spent much of his career leading substantial Services organisations across several sectors including manufacturing, transport, IT and training. Roy continues to put that experience to practice by working with clients on strategic alignment, leadership, organisation transformation and much that flows from this. Peter Kennedy: Peter is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Masters Degree in Change Management. He has spent more years than he really likes us to mention working on all facets of OD but these days devotes much of his time to Leadership and organisation transformation. Peter is an NLP Master Practitioner. Ian Clark: Ian is a Chartered Marketer and businessman with 25 years practical experience integrating business and marketing strategies, developing learning and change programmes and devising management processes. This is coupled with highly developed consultancy and facilitation skills. He has a knack of asking timely, penetrating questions which you wish you'd thought of, which you know need answering and which usually bring you face to face with the real benefits of what you are about to do. Julia Godwin: A past Chair of the European Facilitators' User Group and a founding member of the Global Facilitators' Network Accreditation Scheme, Julia has a wide range of experience facilitating programmes in areas as diverse as Project and Programme Management, Change Management and Interpersonal Skills. Clare O'Shea: Clare holds an MA from Oxford. Clare has spent much of her career to date in and around Sales organisations, so much of her work is around the customer interface and particularly the personal and softer capabilities which are so crucially important. Bill Walker: Bill's middle name is "Thorough" (which might be why he prefers "Bill"). He has many talents including NLP Business Practitioner but his forte is analysis, problem solving and process. In the past, the outlets for this have been as diverse as Consulting and Project Management training through to Job Family and Performance Management systems design. Bill has also been instrumental in the development of the TPS ISEB qualifications programme. Annie Richardson: Like all of our people, Annie brings a range of talents to the fray but she really comes into her own in the impact and influencing arena including Coaching and Counselling. Annie is BPS qualified and her work is founded on widely recognised best practice tools and techniques. Sue Waterall: Sue brings a wealth of experience with 16 years as an HR professional, including stints at for the Consulate General in Switzerland and France, in addition to to her qualifications in Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Business, and training and assessment. Sue delivers over a wide range of subjects including management development, performance management, coaching and counselling, and project management awareness.

delivering Materials Training. She is a founding Director of Easyline Scientific Ltd, and has
many years experience in

the motor, telecommunications and computing industries before embarking on a
successful consultancy career in such diverse industries as pharmaceuticals,
financial services and the public sector. Catherine specialises in change
management, helping individuals and organisations to maintain peak performance

behind him in the fields of sales, marketing and business development, it is
little wonder that Mike was awarded a lifetime achievement award in the National
Sales and Marketing Awards 2002. Mike has a PhD in Sales Reluctance to go
alongside degrees from Canterbury and further qualifications in Teaching and
