Test Administration

Many companies send people on unnecessary week-long courses when all that is required of them is to administer tests fairly.  All personnel who are responsible for administering and scoring psychometric tests are eligible for this course.  Successful completion will fulfil part of the requirements for the award of the British Psychological Society Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing – Level A.

 Course Objectives

Delegates will acquire the knowledge and skills to:

n        Select appropriate tests

n        Conduct a testing session

n        Score and Norm tests

n        Store and distribute tests appropriately

What to Expect

This course is extremely practical in nature and participants will work through actual testing sessions.

 Some assessment is involved and a certificate is awarded to successful participants.
