Job Analysis Training

Deciding what skills a person needs to possess to perform a job satisfactorily is central to all assessment and development processes.  This course, primarily (but not exclusively) for Human Resource professionals and consultants, examines a number of different job analysis methods and provides practical experience in one or two methods.
