MANUFACTURING MANAGER IS1 The participant is placed in the role of Manufacturing Manager who appears to have a problem with the Warehouse Manager. Several serious events have occurred recently and the Warehouse Manager has been involved on each occasion. What is not clear is how the Warehouse Manager is involved and what action should be taken to guard against future problems.
