Occupational testing Courses

TPS Occupational Testing Courses follow the principles and standards set by The British Psychological Society.  Our certification processes are verified by The BPS and are accepted as registration qualifications by major test publishers.  Our independent approach ensures that delegates gain a thorough, balanced view of Occupational Testing.

Prerequisites

Participants on the BPS Level B course will be expected to have attained the Level A certificate.  No prerequisites are necessary to join the Test Administration or Level A courses. 

Who Will Benefit?

The Test Administration course will benefit Administrators and Officers in Personnel Departments who wish to administer but not purchase psychometric tests.

The Level A and B courses are specifically aimed at those currently involved in recruitment, promotion or performance appraisal, such as Human Resource Managers, Line Managers and related professionals.
