Through a series of individual sessions and group seminars, we can help the people leaving your business look forward with hope. TPS Workforce Outplacement Services are designed specifically for factory, workshop and technical personnel and offer practical advice and hands-on solutions. Each programme is run by qualified psychologists and can cater for 20 or 200 people.

We also offer Survivor Support workshops, helping the redundancy ‘survivors’ to manage the change, boost morale and become re-engaged with the organisation.
