David Brain, Managing Partner

David has experience in Talent Management and Organisational Development across a wide range of sectors including Government, Manufacturing, IT, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities and Entertainment. David’s professional qualifications include a Diploma in Career Counseling and a Diploma in Human Resources Development. He is also a Chartered Engineer.

Gerry Duggan, Managing Partner

Gerry is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in Assessment, Development and Performance Appraisal. He has delivered assessment and development solutions across Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa.

In addition, Gerry is not only a Level A Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing assessor but is also on the Psychological Testing verification committee.

Helen Watts

Helen is an Occupational Psychologist (OPiT) and graduate member of the British Psychological Society, Division of Occupational Psychology. Helen has worked in a wide range of organisations and industries, both in the UK and Canada. Helen has qualifications in Occupational Testing and utilises a range of psychometric tools.

Julie Powell

Julie has a wealth of experience supporting various businesses over her career. Julie is responsible for programme support and customer care.

Jennie Brain

Jennie is responsible for all aspects of collating and reporting on the financial side of the business and handles all accounting enquiries with our customers.

Diane Aitchinson:

Diane is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in Occupational Assessment, Development, Performance and Change Management. Diane has designed and delivered programmes and culture and change management initiatives for a wide range of public and private sector clients, using a broad range of psychometric tools.

Ian Clark

Ian has practical experience integrating business and marketing strategies, developing learning and change programmes and devising management processes in many different industries. Ian is also a Chartered Marketer

Julia Godwin

Julia helps organisations introduce new project management, business processes and solution developments through consultancy, training and facilitation.

Peter Kennedy

Peter is an experienced executive coach/facilitator of high performance team workshops which are business focused and create significant performance improvements. He had consulted and coached across most business sectors in Europe, USA India and South Africa. He holds a Masters in Change Management and is an NLP Master Practitioner.

Kevin Nind

Kevin is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. He divides his time equally between private and public sector organisations, including Civil Service, Automotive, Healthcare, and media organisations.

Clare O‘Shea

Clare holds an MA from Oxford. Clare has spent much of her career to date in and around Sales organisations. So much of her work is around the customer interface and particularly the personal, ‘ softer ’ capabilities.

David Parkinson

David is an accredited coach and consultant with senior level international blue-chip experience in supply chain, new product development and the leadership of organisational change. He is a Chartered Engineer, holds a DMS and an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Trudy Stammer

Trudy has over 16 years experience in leadership and project management roles within the manufacturing industry and training organisations, including 10 years at Board Level. Her experience includes delivering training across Europe. Trudy’s qualifications include a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Management, and NVQ Level 4 in Advice Guidance and Counselling. She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management.

Catherine Stothart

Catherine worked in the motor, telecommunications and IT industries before focusing on high performance team building; assessment and selection; and coaching and development for clients in engineering, pharmaceuticals, utilities and financial services. She has an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and a certificate in coaching.

Jane Townsend

Jane is a professionally qualified coach and facilitator working with organisations and teams to develop their coaching capacity and capability, and grow their leadership potential. Jane also has a background in organisational communication and linguistics, and has worked on national and international rebranding projects. She has worked in financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, government regulatory agencies, education and health.

Roy Towndrow

Roy spent much of his career leading substantial Services organisations across several sectors including manufacturing, transport, IT and training. Roy continues to put that experience to practice by working with clients on strategic alignment, leadership and organisation transformation.

Bill Walker

Bill has vast experience of managing people and projects as well as leading marketing and service delivery teams. Bill as delivered assignments across the UK and Europe, Middle East, Far East and USA, in central and local government, medicine and dentistry, electronics manufacturing, automotive and aerospace , and IT services and business process outsourcing sectors.

Sue Waterall

Sue brings a wealth of experience as an HR professional, including stints at for the Consulate General in Switzerland and France, in addition to her qualifications in Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Business, and training and assessment. Sue delivers over a wide range of subjects including management development, performance management, coaching and counselling, and project management awareness.
